How can I delete my user data and account from ATLAS.ti Web?
Delete your data and account from ATLAS.ti Web if you no longer wish to use the platform
If you decide you no longer wish to use ATLAS.ti Web, you may delete your data and account (as per GDPR regulations). To delete your data, follow these steps:
- Save a backup of your ATLAS.ti project by exporting it (in case you ever want to access it again in the future)
- Delete your ATLAS.ti Web account by going to your account settings (click on your photo in the bottom left-hand corner and go to ATLAS.ti Web Settings) and go to "Permanently delete my account". You will still have your global ATLAS.ti account (in my.atlasti.com), but all your data in ATLAS.ti Web will be permanently deleted.
