How can I ensure access to my organization’s license?

I am working on my dissertation or on some other very important work. How do I ensure and reserve a license from my organization, so I don’t end up in a situation where all licenses are in use an hour before I must finish my work?

You can reserve one of the organization’s licenses so it is reserved and available only to you for an extended period of time. Please follow the instructions below:

If you are using ATLAS.ti Web:

Locate the Reserve option at the bottom-left corner of the page.

If you are using the desktop version (Windows or Mac):

The option to reserve a license seat is available under Offline Availability.

On Windows:

1. Open ATLAS.ti.
2. Go to File > Options > ATLAS.ti.
3. In the License and version information section, locate Offline Availability.
4. Select the desired period and click Reserve.

On macOS:

1. Open ATLAS.ti.
2. Go to ATLAS.ti > License.
3. Locate Offline Availability.
4. Select the desired period and click Reserve.
