How can I cancel my subscription?

If you wish to cancel your ATLAS.ti license subscription, you can easily do so from your ATLAS.ti Account Page:

  1. Go to my.atlasti.com and log in with your account credentials.
  2. Select “Manage Subscription” from your account dashboard.
  3. Click “Pause Subscription.”

Once paused, your subscription will not renew automatically at the end of the current billing period. You will still retain full access to your ATLAS.ti license for the remainder of the period you’ve already paid for.



Reactivating Your Subscription.

If you decide to return to ATLAS.ti in the future, you can easily reactivate your subscription directly from the same ATLAS.ti account page under “Manage Subscription”.
