Why can't I save my project, even though I have a full-license?
If you have already activated your license in your
ATLAS.ti account but the software still doesn't let you save your project, then please try "refreshing" the connection to your license.
If you are using
ATLAS.ti for Windows, please click on File > Options > ATLAS.ti > Check for updated license
If you are using
ATLAS.ti for Mac, please click on ATLAS.ti > License > Check for updated license
