How can I ensure that only selected / legitimate users have access to my licenses?

Give the invite code or invite URL only to users with whom you wish to share your licenses.

For larger organizations, we recommend using the invite URL and embedding this into your organization’s information system, for example posting the invite URL on an intranet where only employees or students with permissions can access it. You can use your organization’s existing IT infrastructure to control who has access to the page with the invite URL.

As the invite URL contains the invite code, users that have access to the above-mentioned page can theoretically copy the URL for the hyperlink and share it with others. This can be mitigated by implementing some HTTP 302 redirect in the middle, which redirects to the actual invite URL.
