Can I see a list of all users that may use my licenses?


Yes. Go to https://my.atlasti.com, select Manage users, and scroll down to the Invited Users section.

This section displays a list of user accounts that have accepted your invitation code or clicked your invitation URL. If this section is not visible, it means that no users have accepted your invitation yet.

Under Users, you can also see which users are currently active and occupying a license seat. In general, a user occupies a license seat for as long as their ATLAS.ti application remains open.

A colored platform icon next to each active user indicates which platform they are using:

  • A Windows icon indicates the user is using ATLAS.ti for Windows
  • A Mac icon indicates the user is using ATLAS.ti for Mac
  • A cloud icon indicates the user is using ATLAS.ti Web
