How do I invite users to use my licenses?

1.Go to https://my.atlasti.com/licenses and click on Show Details button in the My Licenses section.

2.Scroll down to the Invited Users section and you will see two options:

a. Invite with an URL. You can invite new users to this license by sending them an invite URL. When they open it, they just have to confirm joining the license in the account. This is preferable for larger organization with intranets or other IT systems.

b. Invite with a Code. You can invite new users to this license by sending them an invite code. They just have to enter it in their account. This is simpler, as the code can be emailed, printed or even dictated over the telephone. However, this does not scale that well.

NB: If your organization already contains invited users, click on the Invite Users button to see the above options.

3.Choose whichever option you want (URL or Code) and click on Copy.

4.Share the invite code or invite URL with the members of your organization, employees or students who are to have access to your licenses.
