What information will ATLAS.ti support ask me for and where do I find it?
If you have to contact ATLAS.ti support, we may ask you for some information to help diagnose problems. Here are the most common things that we may need and where to find them.
- Your account / user id in the license portal.
- Your license key and license id in the portal.
- Your account / user id in the desktop application.
- Your license id in the desktop application and optionally (if shown) the license owner id.
