How do I change my email address?

You can manage your license and ATLAS.ti account at my.atlasti.com. If you want to change the email associated with your account to a new email that is not currently associated with any ATLAS.ti account, please follow the steps below.

To Change Your Email Address:

  • Go to Profile & Settings at my.atlasti.com.
  • Click on Change Email Address and enter your new email address.
  • A verification link will be sent to your new email address. Confirm the change by clicking the link.

Important:

  • The new email address must not already be associated with another ATLAS.ti account.
  • If you are the owner/administrator of a multi-user license and you change the email address yourself, all users and the license linked to the account will be transferred to the new email automatically, and it will not be necessary to re-invite users.



If you want to move a multi-user license to another already-existing ATLAS.ti account, please follow the steps below.

To Transfer a Multi-user License to a Different Account:

  • We can release the license from your current account upon request.
  • The license can then be activated under a different, already created account.
  • Activation must be done at my.atlasti.com using the License Key associated with the other account. For a step-by-step guide, watch our video tutorial: How to Activate a License.  

Additional Considerations:


  • If you are inviting users to the current administrator account, they must be re-invited to the new user/administrator account after the change.
  • Before making any changes, ensure all invited users have saved their projects by exporting their project (from ATLAS.ti Windows or ATLAS.ti Mac)
  • If you want to proceed or need assistance with any of the steps above, please send the invoice and the license key to licenses@support.atlasti.com.
