Why am I not receiving a "reset password" email?
If the reset password email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. In rare cases, your email organization (company, university, internet provider) may block some emails before they arrive in your mailbox or spam box; talk to the administrator of your email organization. Be aware that it can take up to 12 hours for email systems to process an email. This is primarily a limitation of anti-spam filters employed by the various email systems.
Also, ensure that you have typed the correct email address, i.e. the address that you used to register your ATLAS.ti account. The ATLAS.ti account is not necessarily the same as the account in the online shop. If you enter an invalid or non-existent email address, the website will still tell you to check your email, but obviously no email would have been sent. This is for security reasons.
Tip: To verify if you have an ATLAS.ti account or which email address you have used to register your account, go to https://my.atlasti.com/register and enter your email address and some random password. You will get an error if an account exists with the entered email address. If you do not have ATLAS.ti account with the entered email address, a new account will be created.
