What should I do when I cannot access my account due to forgetting my password?

We cannot find or reset your password for you as we do not have it, either. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. 

Go to https://my.atlasti.com and when asked for email and password, click on Forgot password. 

Then enter your email address and you will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.
