When can I expect a reply about my student license?
Please upload your documents verifying your student status in your My ATLAS.ti account page within five days of your purchase. You will receive an email notifying you if your documents were accepted or if we need any other information from you.
Any student can purchase a student license for ATLAS.ti to use the software at a significantly reduced rate. You can use your student license as soon as you purchase it.
After you purchase your student license, you will have 5 days to upload documents verifying your status as a student. You can upload your documents from your My ATLAS.ti account page. The documents can be jpeg or png formats.
The ATLAS.ti team will review your documents and approve or reject them. You will receive an email notifying you if your documents were accepted, rejected, or any other documents are needed. For example, if your documents are rejected, you will receive an email with a comment explaining why the documents could not be accepted, and you will be asked to upload different documents to your My ATLAS.ti account page.
