How can I share my Multi-User license with other users, if I only have one license key?

Starting with ATLAS.ti version 9, license management differs significantly from version 8 and earlier. ATLAS.ti now uses a centralized license portal, available at https://my.atlasti.com, to manage licenses and user access.

The license portal allows you to:

  • Activate and manage your licenses and subscriptions
  • Manage which users have access and permission to use those licenses
  • Manage concurrent access to your licenses

With this system, you no longer need to distribute a separate license key to each user. Instead, you use the license key once to activate the license in the license portal.

After activation, you can invite users by sharing an invitation code or an invite URL generated in the portal.
